Supper must be pre-ordered before 10am on the day.

The bar is available for our dinner guests.
We have red, white and sparkling wines (by the bottle), spirits, Ale, beer, lager, cider and a range of soft drinks.
Sandwiches (served on a round of thick rustic bread)

WELSH RAREBIT SELECTION
A Classic Welsh cheese based dish dating back to the 16th century.
Made with local beer, YFenni cheese & whole grain mustard served on top of toasted whole grain bread and grilled.

Buck Rarebit (2 fried or poached eggs on top)
Rarebit Cig Moch (bacon on top)
3 egg omelette that can be served as it is or
add your own choice of up to 3 extra ingredients;
Cheese, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Bacon, Smoked salmon, Herbs,Laverbread
PAN FRIED FILLET OF FISH
Finished with brown butter and capers
Served with vegetables or salad of the day
WELSH LAMB CAWL
This mouth watering, hearty, comforting stew is the Welsh National dish.
Slow cooked world famous Welsh Lamb with potatoes, onions, leeks, carrots and swede. Following tradition this dish is made in advance to allow the delicious flavours to develop before devouring with rustic bread!
(Tikka Masala style)
made with fresh tomatoes, ginger, garlic and a blend of Indian spices and cream (Medium spice/heat)
Served with Basmati rice and mango chutney.
Roasted Vegetable and couscous salad
Warm mushroom lentil and goat’s cheese salad

We only use the finest and freshest ingredients. We make every effort to source from mid and south Wales and as much as we can direct from the producers to minimise food miles.
Our meats come from our local Brecon family butcher Paddy Sweeney who is famous for dealing with local farmers and the very finest quality products including local free range eggs.
